These truffles, made in Belgium and packed in these fancy boxes in Canada, were given to me by my beautiful Bride. The ingredient listing is typical for a truffle, mostly sugar and oils, with some chocolate. How do they taste? Smooth chocolate flavour, not so sweet, with the initial, slight, cocoa "hit" as you pop it in your mouth. Not bad, though I still don't care for the ingredients.
