Foco Aloe Vera Drink with Honey

This drink from the Thai company Thai Agri Foods features aloe vera; the aloe vera plant may aid in the treatment of conditions such as heartburn or irritable bowel syndrome. There is honey as well as sugar here. Too, the aloe vera, or perhaps the honey, or more likely the phosporic acid (which can produce a tangy or sour taste), has an odd taste that I've decided I don't really like. I don't think I would try this again.

Foco Mango and Passionfruit Juice Drink

Sometimes you have the intent to write about something, you take a picture, but it falls through the cracks. So it was with this drink.

The Mango and Passion Fruit Juice Drink by Foco has 30% juice, mostly mango with a little passion fruit juice, some sugar, citric acid and mango flavour. It doesn't taste that bad, though the mango flavour is much stronger than the passion fruit flavour. Not my favourite of the Foco brand.

Foco Roasted Coconut Juice

Despite the 80% juice this drink contains, my beautiful Bride could taste the coconut flavour that was added. Perhaps we were spoiled by the young coconut juice we had recently been drinking. Or the frozen coconut juice, which only has juice, not the extra sugar and coconut flavour and preservatives. Also, I could not really taste it as "roasted" coconut juice, it did taste like coconut juice, I just didn't get the roasted part. There is coconut pulp, which was good. Overall, I prefer other drinks in Foco's offerings.

Foco Pomegranate Juice Drink

Another good drink from the Thai company Thai Agri Company, this one features the excellent fruit pomegranate. With 30% juice, the only other ingredients are water, sugar and citric acid. It's not a strong-flavoured drink, and just a little sweet, but refreshing.

Foco Passion Fruit Drink

Foco from Thailand makes a number of fruit juices that are pretty good, this is one with passion fruit juice, essentially just water and passion fruit juice (at 25%) with a little sugar. It didn't taste very much like the passion fruit I had eaten before, not as sour, but still good.

Foco Coconut Juice

This product, which comes from Thailand, contains 80% juice from young coconuts; the rest is water, sugar, young coconut pulp, citric acid and potassium metabisulphite (as a preservative). It is quite refreshing, only slightly sweet and mildly coconut in flavour.
