Godiva Santo Domingo Dark Chocolate

This second bar I've sampled from Godiva Chocolatier features cacao beans from the Caribbean island of Santo Domingo, at a cacao content of 85%. The ingredient listing looks good, chocolate, sugar, cocoa butter, soya lecithin (as an emulsifier) and vanilla (as flavour).

How does it taste? Pretty good, but not great, it smells fairly good, snaps well, and is a good dark chocolate. I don't think that I will buy this bar again.
