Honey Sundried Banana (Gluoy Tak)
This is a preserved food, which you can find in markets in Thailand, the smaller Thai banana is first sun-dried, then preserved with a little salt and some honey. Good tasting, if you like dried fruit.
I love dried banana, or any dried tropical fruits. But lately my teeth start hurting when I bite into them. So I'm staying away from these for a while.

I like these better than the dried banana or plantain chips that definitely are crunchy. They're chewy, not crunchy.
